By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Appointment Policies: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your first installation appointment when you purchase hair. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, but rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur in the fees mentioned in My Policy. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee, also mentioned in My Policy.

Payment Policies: We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and e-transfers. Payments must be completed before leaving your appointment.

Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of hair extension services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered, or hair ordered. If you have any concerns with your results, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns. For hygiene reasons, all sales of hair extension products, tools, and hair care items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is defective. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are required to arrive with clean, dry, and straight hair for consultations and installation appointments unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after their appointment. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may result in damage to the extensions, for which we are not liable. Clients must also disclose any known allergies before the service, as we are not responsible for allergic reactions if this information is not disclosed.

Service Disclaimers: While we strive for perfection, individual results may vary based on hair type, texture, and at-home care. We are not responsible for issues that arise due to improper care after the service. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities to hair products or tools prior to the service. We are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

Intellectual Property and Media Release: If you do not wish for your photos to be used, please let us know. We always ask if we may take your photo, and if photos can be posted. If you consent, the use of photos or videos of your hair transformation may be used for marketing and promotional purposes online.

Privacy Policy: We collect client information, such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses, for booking and service purposes only. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Payment details are processed securely through a third-party payment provider [Fresha].

Liability and Indemnity: Nicole Robilliard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, hair damage due to failure to follow aftercare instructions, or dissatisfaction with results. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Nicole Robilliard harmless from any claims, demands, or expenses related to your use of our services.

Governing Law:These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Updates to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
